Universitas Padjadjaran Delivers Values-Based Training for Coordinators Across the Organisation
Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), through its Directorate of Human Resources and Career Development for Education Personnel, organised a professional development programme titled “Great Personality Training for Coordinators” on 22 October 2025 at the Faculty of Medicine, Unpad Jatinangor Campus. The programme was designed to translate the university’s core institutional values — professionalism, collaboration, and continuous self-improvement — into practical competencies for coordinators serving across all work units within the organisation. Training sessions covered assertive communication, group management, team building, and conflict handling, all facilitated by Unpad’s Professional Psychology Team.

This initiative demonstrates Unpad’s commitment to providing structured, values-driven training not only at the senior leadership level, but across all functional levels of the organisation. As stated by the Head of the Knowledge and Skills Centre, Rina Mariana, SE., M.I.Kom., “A coordinator’s greatness does not come from their title, but from how they show up for their team.” Through this programme, Unpad reinforces that building a world-class university requires cultivating character and competence systematically at every layer of the institution.
Universitas Padjadjaran Embeds Integrity Values Through Organisation-Wide Training and Evaluation
Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) demonstrated its commitment to values-based training at all levels of the organisation by successfully completing the submission of the Integrity Zone Evaluation Worksheets (Lembar Kerja Evaluasi/LKE) for 16 Faculties and 1 Postgraduate School on 17 April 2025. The Integrity Zone (ZI) development programme, which covers six core areas including change management, HR management, accountability, supervision, and public service quality, was implemented throughout 2024 and involved not only university leadership, but also deans, vice deans, and staff across all faculties and directorates, ensuring that integrity values are trained and practised at every functional level of the institution.
This initiative reflects a systematic and sustained approach to building an organisation-wide culture of integrity. As stated by the Chairperson of Unpad’s Bureaucratic Reform Team, Prof. Dr. Desi Harneti Putri Huspa, M.Si., “This achievement is not merely about document completeness, but about the transformation of work culture.” Through regular coaching, monitoring, and evaluation cycles facilitated by the Internal Assessment Team (TPPTN), Unpad ensures that training on ethical governance values is not a one-time event, but an ongoing process embedded across all units, in pursuit of the Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) and Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM) designations.
