Universitas Padjadjaran’s Policy on Women’s Access and Participation in Higher Education
Universitas Padjadjaran is firmly committed to ensuring equal access, admission, and participation for women in higher education through inclusive and gender-equitable policies. In all stages of the student admission process from application to selection and enrollment the university guarantees equal opportunities for women, free from gender-based discrimination. This policy also includes the removal of structural and social barriers that may limit women’s access to higher education, supported by scholarship schemes, gender-sensitive facilities, and equitable academic assistance.
