UNPAD Pursues Equal Graduation Opportunities through Gender-Inclusive Policies

Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) has established a gender based academic performance monitoring system to measure and track the graduation likelihood of women compared to men. This system collects and analyzes gender-disaggregated data to identify any disparities in academic progression, retention, or graduation rates. The insights gained from this monitoring process are used to design and implement targeted support schemes such as mentoring programs, academic counseling, and leadership development initiatives aimed at reducing gaps and ensuring equal opportunities for academic success. Through continuous evaluation and data-driven interventions, UNPAD reaffirms its commitment to gender equality in higher education, ensuring that all students, regardless of gender, can achieve their full academic potential in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
